Photo of the week – Cutting the Cheese

An Evansdale Cheese employee cuts some cheese at the Hobsonville Farmer’s Market. This is one of my favourite photos I took during the shoot, although it took about 30 minutes to capture as I had to wait for the flow in foot traffic to stop long enough to snap this scene.
